Arcuren

Arcuren Revenue Intelligence

Run it against your own book.

Most revenue intelligence watches the pipeline. Arcuren also reads the ledger — and reconciles the two when they disagree.

This is not an extended demo. We reconcile your CRM, support and finance into one record per account, score the risk in it every day, and deliver the result to each executive where they already work. The lift on your side is about an hour, and the first reconciled picture of your book comes back inside a week.

Who it's for

  • $15M–$250M of recurring revenue — SaaS, managed services or tech-enabled services
  • PE- or growth-equity-backed, or reporting to a board that measures commitments
  • Salesforce or HubSpot for CRM · Zendesk, ServiceNow or HubSpot Service Desk for support · NetSuite, Sage or Dynamics 365 for finance

What the first 90 days involve

  1. Week one

    Your data comes back reconciled

Your system admin schedules a daily CSV export from CRM, support and finance — about an hour of work, once. We match every account across all three and hand back a data-health report: what agreed, what conflicted, and what was missing.

  2. Week one

    Thresholds calibrated to your book

Your business rules, and the line at which risk is worth each executive's attention, tuned against your own numbers. Nothing reaches anyone while this is happening.

  3. Every day after

    Briefings run

Fresh data lands each morning, the book is rescored, and anything that crosses a line reaches the executive who owns it — in Slack, Teams or email. A weekly digest carries the rest.

Built-in safeguards

Nothing reaches an executive until it has cleared all three.

  1. At the sourceGate 1 of 3

    You control what we see

You send scheduled exports of the fields we specify — nothing more, and nothing is pulled. Direct connectors land in the next release, and are read-only, scoped and revocable when they do.

We never reach into your systems.

  2. Before scoringGate 2 of 3

    A data-readiness gate

Nothing is scored or shown until your data passes explicit GO / NO-GO checks. You are told exactly what is solid and what isn't, before anyone sees a number.

No number is produced from data that has not passed.

  3. Before deliveryGate 3 of 3

It goes live when you say so

Alerts stay off while thresholds are calibrated against your book, so the first one an executive sees is already right rather than a stream of false alarms. You decide when they switch on. What never changes: recommended actions are drafts that route to your team, and Arcuren never contacts your customer.

No executive is alerted before you have signed off the thresholds.

What it costs

A subscription to the intelligence system, not a per-seat license — priced to the size of the book it watches. We size it with you on the call.

90 days

to prove it out

Everything on this page is included — reconciliation, the data-health report, calibration to your thresholds, and briefings to every seat. It is a monthly subscription rather than a trial: the first 90 days is simply where it earns the next quarter.
